Authors can submit their abstracts either as an email attachment or through the conference’s abstract portal, where a sample abstract is available for reference. All submissions must be completed by the specified deadline; late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Review & Selection Process
- All abstracts must include the author’s details, title, presentation preference, and relevant scientific session and be within 250 words (including references).
- A multidisciplinary panel will review submissions based on scientific merit and clarity.
- The review committee may edit abstracts for readability and style.
- After the review process, authors will receive email notifications regarding the status of their abstract.
