- Abstract Length: The abstract should preferably be 250–300 words.

- Keywords: Include 3–5 relevant keywords below the abstract.
- Originality: Submitted abstracts should present original research, significant findings, case studies, reviews, or relevant scientific work.
- Language: Abstracts should be submitted in English and carefully checked for grammar and spelling.
- Formatting: Avoid unnecessary tables, figures, references, special characters, or formatting that may affect the submission.
- Presentation Type: Authors may indicate their preferred presentation type, such as Oral or Poster Presentation. Final presentation selection will be determined by the scientific committee.
- Review: All submitted abstracts are subject to review by the scientific/organizing committee.
- Acceptance: Authors will be notified regarding abstract acceptance and presentation details after the review process.
