The following agreement describes the terms under which The World Medical Events Organization (also referred to as, “Medicalevents.com”, “the Organization” or “we”) offers medical event hosts, organizers and or their representative access to its services through the Medicalevents.com website referred as, “The website”. The events’ hosts, organizers or their representatives shall be referred as, “The Clients” or “You”. The Clients must read and accept the following terms and conditions, before using content, products, and services made available through Medicalevents.com Website. These Terms comprise a binding written agreement between The Clients and Medicalevents.com. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

• The person posting, creating or submitting the event must be the event host or the organizer or their representative authorized to do so.

• The person posting the information must be an adult legally.

• Event posting / publishing fee: Currently The clients may post, submit or create events for free but we reserve the right to start charging fee.

• The clients are not permitted to post any copyright.

• The clients must read detailed instructions page on how to create and publish events.   

• The clients understand that they responsible for the information and contents they provide about the events they post.

• Its clients’ responsibility to edit and amend the events’ information whenever there are any changes made in the event.

• The client shall not post any contents that are protected by intellectual property laws unless the User owns or controls the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents. We are not responsible for the events information posted or published by the clients.

• We may communicate with the clients through phone, email or other means to convey messages on behalf of our administration, our advertisers, our promoters or sponsors.

• We reserve the right to delete, edit and/or modify the contents posted by the clients.

• The clients understand that we are not responsible for contents used by user to communicate with you or your organization.
• Make no promises, warranties, or representations as to MedicalEvents.com, including its completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, propriety, security or reliability;
• Provide MedicalEvents.com on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis and any risk of using MedicalEvents.com is assumed by you;
• Disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Disclaim any liability or responsibility for acts, omissions, or conduct of you or any party in connection with MedicalEvents.com. We NOT liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or other losses, including lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, etc., arising from or related to MedicalEvents.com.
• Medicalevents.com makes no warranty to the accuracy, authenticity, completeness or legality of Content obtained from the other third-party websites, all of which you use at your own risk. We cannot review all the information provided by the clients, users or third parties and are not responsible for the copyrighted content on the website. We are acting as an intermediary to provide information for the benefit of users and do not accept any liability relating to the content posted on the website. We reserve the right to remove any offensive, abusive or inappropriate information at our sole discretion.
• Medicalevents.com will not be responsible for any damages that may result from inaccuracies but may consider making changes if the correct/ appropriate information is provided.
• In the unlikely occurrence that any of the public events listed on our website are canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of Medicalevents.com, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the event attendee

CLAIMS & INDEMNITY. Any claim, cause of action, demand, or dispute arising from or related to MedicalEvents.com ("Claims") will be governed by the internal laws of Washington State USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions, except to the extent governed by US federal law. Any Claims will be exclusively resolved by courts in Seattle, WA (except we may seek preliminary or injunctive relief anywhere). You agree to (1) submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts in Seattle, WA; (2) indemnify and hold MedicalEvents.com harmless from any Claims, losses, liability, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) that arise from a third party and relate to your use of MedivcalEvents.com; and (3) be liable and responsible for any Claims we may have against you, your officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or any other party, directly or indirectly, paid, directed or controlled by you, or acting for your benefit.

Under no circumstances shall Medicalevents.com be liable or indemnify to Clients for (i) any damage caused by the Customer’s failure to perform their responsibilities (ii) any claims or demands of Third parties or (iii) any lost profits, loss of business, business interruption, loss of use, lost savings, cost of cover or other consequential, special, incidental, indirect, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind in connection with or arising out of performance or use of the site or services performed hereunder, whether alleged as a breach of contract or tortuous conduct, including negligence, even if Medicalevents.com has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

The Medicalevents.com maximum liability in respect of any loss or damage suffered by the Customer and arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or for breach of statutory duty or in any other way, shall not exceed the value of the sums paid by the Customer to Medicalevents.com in relation to this Agreement pursuant to which the relevant loss or damage has arisen.

Miscellaneous

• The Terms and the relationship between the Clients and Medicalevents.com will be governed by laws of Washington State USA.
• The failure of Medicalevents.com to act with respect to a breach by the Client or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
• Except as otherwise, expressly provided in these Terms, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to the same. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Medicalevents.com and governs the clients’ use of the medicalevents.com, superseding any prior agreements between the Customer and Medicalevents.com with respect to the Website.

i. TERMS OF USE (TOU) AGREEMENT.

1. The User is required to read and accept all the terms and conditions below and the Privacy Policy, before you use the website, contents, products, and services made available to you by The Organization.
2. These Terms define the relationship between the User and the Organization. If the Terms conflict with any other document, the Terms will prevail for the purposes of usage of the Website If you do not agree to the TOU, you are not authorized to use MedicalEvents.com These Terms are effective upon acceptance, and the use of the Website. If the Terms conflict with any other document, the Terms will prevail for the purposes of usage of the Website. If the User does not agree with TOU and the Privacy Policy, the User is not permitted to use the Website in any way.
3. The Website is the property of the Organization. By linking, referencing, using or accessing the Website, the User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization from all claims arising from the access and use of the website by the User. These Terms may be changed at any time at the sole discretion of the Organization.

1. The user understands that the all events are posted and edited by the organizers or hosts. Therefore, we do not take any responsibility for the contents and accuracy of the events’ information and /or any changes to the event or it’s cancellation.
2. The User acknowledges that, sometime there are interruptions in service due to technical or other reasons. The Organization shall not be responsible for any loss of data or contents. The User understands and acknowledges that due to the circumstances both within and outside the control of the Organization, access to the Website may be interrupted, suspended or terminated from time to time. The Organization shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue the functionality or features of the Website.
3. Links to third party sites and advertisers are provided by web site and the Organization does not have any control over the content and resources provided by such websites. We do not endorse these website(s). The Organization has no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
4. We do not sell or give our clients’ or users’ contact information to any other business or individual. We reserve the right to communicate with the clients and users through phone, email or other means to convey messages on behalf of our administration, advertisers, promoters or sponsors.
5. False and fake event postings: Though we prohibit false or fake postings but there is a possibility that someone may add fake or false events postings. Therefore, the user must verify all the facts about the posted events before taking any action with regards to such events.
6. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the services with or without notice. You agree that The Organization will not be liable for any financial transactions because of discontinuation, changes or suspension of any service.
7. We reserve the right to communicate with the clients and users through phone, email or other means to convey messages on behalf of our administration, our advertisers, our promoters or sponsors

iii. WARANTIES AND LIABILITES:

1. We try to ensure that all the information on the website is correct, but we are not responsible for the contents and the accuracy of any information provided.
2. The Organization acts only as a resource for promoting medical events, communication and advertisement. We shall not have any liability for any aspect of the arrangements between the Organizer and the User. We shall not be liable for the services provided by the event’s Organizer
3. We do not endorse any advertiser or event organizer on our website. The User is requested to verify the accuracy of all information on their own before undertaking any reliance on such information.
4. You hereby agree to release the organization, and others associated with the organization from all damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses of every kind, arising out of or in any way connected with disputes between you and third parties.
